• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, with flexible Saturday hours
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 - $2,120

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of inpatient Physical Therapy experience
• Experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Professional, flexible, and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment for patients with a wide variety of inpatient diagnoses
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support safe discharge planning and functional progress toward patient goals
