• Schedule: 3 shifts per week / 36 hours per week
• Assignment Length: 18 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

• Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in an acute care hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift
• Deliver compassionate bedside care in a fast-paced acute care environment
