Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
• Recent Med/Surg Tele nursing experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Ability to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Tele setting
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and promptly communicate changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Perform patient assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe and effective patient care
• Document all care, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly and accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment
