Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist licensure in good standing
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR certification
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
• Experience in outpatient rehab, rehabilitation services, or hospital-based therapy preferred
• No new graduates, please

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and physician direction
• Guide patients toward functional goals and safe discharge planning
• Provide clear, timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and return to daily activities
• Support student learning and participate in professional development activities
• Follow safety, compliance, and performance improvement standards consistently
