Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, students, and interdisciplinary team members

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Implement and modify outpatient physical therapy treatment programs to support functional recovery and safe discharge planning
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate documentation in the medical record
• Educate patients, families, coworkers, and students as appropriate
• Support therapy program delivery through professional, ethical, and evidence-based practice
• Promote patient safety, workplace safety, and compliance with clinic guidelines and regulatory standards
• Participate in professional development, performance improvement, and student learning experiences when assigned
