Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Dunkirk, New York

Job Details

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or obstetrics nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- NRP certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shift
- Flexibility to support weekend rotation and float to other units when needed
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Assist with admissions, labor support, deliveries, and recovery care
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Serve as a helpful team resource and float as needed to the ED and other units
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient-centered care
