• Weekend Coverage: 24-hour weekend call every 4th weekend, Friday 8:00 AM to Monday 8:00 AM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12-15 patients per day
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $12,600 - $13,500

Physician Job Requirements

• Active Maryland medical license required
• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• MD or DO degree required
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred and should be highlighted during presentation
• Ability to complete credentialing efficiently for timely onboarding
• No significant background, licensing, or onboarding issues that could delay the start date

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate and manage new and follow-up patients during scheduled clinic days
• Support ongoing cancer care and hematology treatment for a consistent weekly patient panel
• Provide one 24-hour weekday call shift each week
• Cover weekend call as scheduled, including every 4th weekend
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered treatment
• Maintain efficient workflow while delivering attentive, compassionate care
