Home Health RN Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,180-$2,540
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Location: Holland, Ohio (greater Toledo area)
• Healthcare Setting: Home Health / Homecare
• Start Date: 7/13/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week, guaranteed 36 hours
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 week of call and 1 weekend monthly
• Coverage Area: Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, and surrounding Ohio counties
• Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursed between patient visits

Home Health RN Qualifications

• Home Health nursing experience required
• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Home Care Home Base experience is preferred
