Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Board Certification in Pediatric Endocrinology required
• Completion of Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric endocrinology preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary pediatric team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to obtain or hold a valid Washington State medical license (if not currently licensed, must be eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric endocrinology care to infants, children, and adolescents in an established clinic setting
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders in children and adolescents (e.g., diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders)
• Conduct patient consultations, follow?ups, and care plans (average 8 patient encounters per shift)
• Collaborate closely with pediatric specialists, primary care providers, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and best practices in pediatric endocrinology
