Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inpatient certification (Epic-certified Willow Analyst)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Epic analyst or EHR analyst role, preferably supporting inpatient modules
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medication management workflows, and healthcare IT systems
• Experience with system upgrades, build, testing, and troubleshooting in Epic
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and IT teams in a fast-paced hospital environment

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize the Epic Willow Inpatient module to improve inpatient medication management and clinical workflows
• Analyze clinical workflows and collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, and IT stakeholders to implement system enhancements
• Provide end-user support, training, and tip sheets for Epic Willow Inpatient functionality
• Participate in system upgrades, configuration, testing (UAT), and issue resolution
• Create and maintain build documentation, configuration guides, and change tickets
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and organizational policies
