Job Requirements & Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
• Breast imaging experience or fellowship in Women's Imaging preferred
• Mammography/MQSA experience or ability to obtain MQSA certification preferred
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain PA licensure
• Minimum 1 year of clinical radiology experience required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills for working with breast surgeons, oncologists, and primary care teams

Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret and report diagnostic and screening breast imaging studies (mammography, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, breast MRI).
• Perform and supervise image-guided breast biopsies and localization procedures as indicated.
• Provide consultative support to multidisciplinary breast care teams and participate in tumor boards and case review conferences.
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and practice improvement activities to maintain ACR standards.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and clear communication of imaging findings to referring clinicians and patients.
• Engage in ongoing CME, professional development, and training in breast imaging techniques and protocols.
