• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 - $2,950
• Location: Dalton, GA (30720) — Travel RN / Homecare RN opportunity
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No nights, no weekends)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel, On-site (Home Health Nurse)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (case management or homecare experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR is a plus
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple homecare cases

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care plans for homecare clients as a Case Management RN
• Conduct admissions, comprehensive assessments, and care plan development
• Document patient care and coordinate services using Homecare Homebase EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in home health
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the homecare process
