Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical role; neurology, neuroscience, stroke care, or related specialty preferred
• DO, MD, or MBBS degree accepted as stated in source data
• Strong clinical assessment skills in neurological care, including neuro-focused patient monitoring
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, clinicians)
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills for compliance with healthcare regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological disorders, including assessment, monitoring, and planning
• Perform neuro-focused assessments and monitor patient progress; recognize changes in condition and escalate appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; follow safe medication administration and documentation practices
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about neurological conditions, care plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure charting compliance, and support quality improvement efforts in the neurology unit
