Director of Clinical Services (RN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Description
As Director of Clinical Services (RN), you will serve as the community's clinical nursing leader and oversee the health, wellness, and quality of care provided to residents.
You will:

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care management team
• Oversee resident care programs and clinical operations
• Complete and oversee assessments, care plans, and resident outcome evaluations
• Ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards
• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Promote high standards of quality, safety, and resident-centered care
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and oversight of the clinical department budget

What We're Looking For

• Current and active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience preferred
• Leadership experience may include Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, RN Manager, Clinical Manager, Health Services leadership, or similar roles
• Strong communication, organization, and team-development skills
• Passion for working with the senior/geriatric population
• A collaborative, visible leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
• Desire to build a long-term career within senior living nursing leadership
