  • Build and support ED order sets, preference lists, quick lists, and Best Practice Advisories (BPAs).

What We're Looking For

  • Active Epic ASAP and ClinDoc certifications required.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Epic ASAP and/or ClinDoc build and support experience.

  • Strong understanding of ED workflows including triage, tracking, disposition, trauma/code/stroke/STEMI documentation, and required documentation.

  • Experience with Orders and Order Transmittal is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Additional certifications in Epic Orders, Order Transmittal, Stork, or SmartForms.

  • Experience with Facility Charge Calculator and charging workflows.

  • Prior consulting experience supporting multiple health systems.

  • Experience with large-scale go-lives and optimization projects.
