• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (Travel RN, overnight ER)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency department

Key Responsibilities (Emergency Department RN)

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room / ED for acute and urgent presentations
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs using ED protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor responses
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
• Monitor patient progress, document care accurately in the medical record
• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions (CPR, airway management, stabilization)
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
