OR RN in Nashville, Tennessee

Join a busy operating room team in Nashville for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a mix of orthopedic, plastics, ENT, and general surgery cases. Your scrub skills and OR experience will be put to good use in a setting with approximately 30-35 cases daily. This role involves working variable shifts, typically 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose between 4- and 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 or 7:30 am. Get ready to scrub in on diverse procedures—from hangnails to joint reconstructions, with a touch of neuro surgery, all without the need for robotic assistance. Experience with orthopedic surgeries is preferred, and the environment operates on paper EMR, providing a traditional surgical experience. You’ll work alongside competent OR techs and a charge nurse or board runner, ensuring smooth procedures in a fast-paced but rewarding setting.
