Candidates should have at least one year of experience in PCU or stepdown nursing, with familiarity in managing cardiac drips, chest tubes, and cardiac monitoring. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH are required. Float requirements are included, and team collaboration is essential. Dress code is in blue or navy scrubs, no jeans permitted.
