Join a fast-paced, specialized telemetry unit in Salisbury, North Carolina, where you'll be immersed in a challenging yet rewarding environment managing cardiac and stroke patients. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing a comprehensive experience handling cardiac drips, post-procedure care, and stable CVA cases. The role emphasizes independence and adaptability, with the opportunity to manage up to 6 patients at a time and coordinate with a supportive team lead. The unit is equipped for high acuity, including patients with COVID-19 on Opti-flow and BIPAP, offering a unique window into critical care without losing sight of the rewarding rhythm of cardiac nursing. Not just any night shift, you'll be at the heart of a bustling unit turning over 78 to 90 patients weekly, making each shift both dynamic and impactful.
