ICU/CCU/Critical Care RN in Waupaca, Wisconsin

Join us for an engaging 10-week contract as a Stepdown ICU RN at ThedaCare Waupaca in Wisconsin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a level IV trauma center with higher acuity than a typical med/surg unit. You'll be responsible for caring for patients on drips, many with complex needs, in a 20-bed unit with patient ratios averaging 1:5, sometimes up to 1:7 during busier days. The shifts are 12-hour nights from 7 pm to 7 am, providing a steady rhythm and the chance to experience the beauty of rural Wisconsin while advancing your skills in critical and stepdown care.
