You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends, with floating to stepdown and medical-surgical units. The unit features 16 beds, patient ratios of 1:2 and 1:3-4 on stepdown, and utilizes Cerner electronic medical records.
