Job description
Join our team for a rewarding 13-week contract as a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum RN in Aurora, CO. This position offers a chance to work with postpartum patients who do not require ICU-level care, including antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience and newborns above 2000 grams. You’ll be providing specialized care in a unit that supports breastfeeding, substance-exposed newborns, and late preterm infants, all while floating within scope to L&D when needed. The night shift runs 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a typical patient ratio of 1:3 for couplets or up to 6 patients. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, yet collaborative setting, and enjoy supporting new parents through their postpartum journey.
