Job description
Join us for an engaging 13-week travel assignment working in a 12-hour night shift role on a stepdown unit in Shreveport, Louisiana. As a registered nurse, you'll bring your two years of acute care experience to a setting that handles a variety of complex cases including CVA/TIA, spinal surgeries, and overflow patients with conditions like AFIB, DKA, and COPD. The unit boasts a supportive team with a charge nurse, in-house phlebotomy, RT, hospitalist, and therapy services, all geared toward a traveler-friendly culture. This role offers a balanced schedule, working every other weekend with flexible days off, and an environment where your skills with telemetric monitoring and titratable medications will shine.
