Job description
Join us for a 4-week travel assignment on a busy Medical Surgical overflow unit in Rochester, NY, where you'll be part of a team supporting a fluctuating patient census within a flexible, fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for LVNs or LPNs eager to expand their skills in a telemedicine-focused environment inside a GI endoscopy space, working 12-hour day shifts. Your responsibilities will include patient monitoring, basic procedures like Foley catheter insertions, blood glucose testing, IV placements (for RNs), and vital sign assessments. This assignment offers a chance to experience a unique overflow unit that adapts to the needs of ED border patients, providing a valuable and diverse clinical experience.
