Job description
Join our team for a six-week travel contract in Lufkin, TX, where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a busy med/surg tele unit. As a registered nurse transitioning to the VIC virtual integrated care nursing model, you'll bring your strong communication and time management skills to monitor patients with conditions like CHF, diabetes, PNA, and CKD. The role requires reading strips, coordinating with telemonitor techs, and managing high-flow oxygen therapy such as Cpap, Bipap, and high flow. This assignment offers a fantastic chance to gain experience in a dynamic setting without the need for block scheduling, but flexibility to float across med/surg units is essential.
