The role demands at least 2 years of experience with high-risk OB patients and the ability to circulate in c-section cases while recovering high, complex patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals eager to handle a patient load with ratios up to 1:1 during active labor and 2:1 or 3:1 in triage, all while navigating a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Expect to perform vaginal deliveries, c-sections, D&Cs, and post-delivery recovery—all within a facility known for its detailed staffing model, including rotating weekends and a requirement to float to antepartum as needed. This assignment isn’t just a job—it's a chance to showcase your expertise in a demanding yet rewarding hospital environment that specializes in women’s health and high-risk pregnancy care.
