Job description
Join our team as a Radiology CT Tech in Charleston, South Carolina, for a 13-week contract working predominantly 12-hour day shifts on weekends—Saturday through Monday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. This position offers a unique opportunity to perform advanced imaging procedures within a prominent teaching hospital, with the chance to float across sister facilities to meet operational needs. You will handle a varied caseload, including Level 1 trauma cases, requiring swift adaptation and technical proficiency. Daily responsibilities include executing CT scans with Siemens equipment, adhering to radiation safety protocols (radiation badge provided by agency), and maintaining accurate documentation in Epic. An active ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification and at least six months of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting are preferred. This role provides the flexibility of on-call duties, with the facility allowing one call-off per two weeks, and the expected weekly hours are approximately 36. Your expertise will ensure high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced, educational environment that fosters professional growth.
