Job description
Join our ICU Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing essential care across multiple intensive care units in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a rotating basis, with assignments that range from Neuro ICU and Surgical ICUs to Cardiology and CVICU. You will float to different units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, giving you a chance to diversify your experience while maintaining a focus on critical care. With at least two years of ICU experience and proficiency with EPIC, you'll employ your skills to manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced procedures. This contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic setting that requires adaptability and clinical expertise, all while contributing to a critical care team that values flexibility and professionalism.
