PCU/IMC/Stepdown RN in Winchester, Massachusetts

This contract opportunity is tailored for experienced healthcare professionals ready to take on a critical role in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a travel nurse working the 12-hour night shift, you'll be responsible for managing complex patient situations, including titrating pressors, floating across various units like ED holds, inpatient units, PACU, and boarding areas. Your detailed knowledge of Level 1 trauma protocols, Epic systems, and ability to perform well in a high-stakes environment will shine. Every other weekend, you'll cover overnight duties, with occasional floating every four hours—though rare, it’s part of the job.
