Job description
Join the emergency department at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center for a 13-week contract as an ER Registered Nurse. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, primarily on weekdays with shared weekend responsibilities every other week. This position offers a chance to hone skills in trauma and adult emergency care amid a busy hospital setting with an average daily census of 140 patients. As part of the team, you'll be floating within your scope to meet operational needs while following specific certification requirements like BSN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI. CA RN licensure is mandatory; EMSA is not accepted. Get ready for a fast-paced environment where you'll contribute to urgent patient interventions in a charting system called Epic, all while wearing navy blue scrubs.
