Med/Surg RN in Appleton, Wisconsin

This contract position places you within the Clinical Resource Team (CRT) as a registered nurse floating across all Medical/Surgical units at ThedaCare facilities in Appleton and Neenah. Working 12-hour night shifts from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am, you'll provide versatile support in a variety of clinical settings, including cardiac, neuro, and surgical units. Your responsibilities involve managing a patient load within your skillset, adapting to different units as needed, and ensuring smooth patient flow during your shifts. The role offers the chance to experience a range of cases— from post-surgical to stroke and cardiac procedures—making each shift both engaging and rewarding. You're expected to be resilient and adaptable, capable of floating between locations and units, all while maintaining a high standard of care in a fast-paced environment.
