Job description
Join us as a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Madison, WI. The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, floating across various care areas including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care units. This is a hands-on opportunity to utilize your cardiac and telemetry expertise, especially in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing post-MI patients, and caring for those pre- or post-cardiac surgery. No call responsibilities are involved, but every other weekend will require working, and holiday coverage may be needed. You'll be expected to follow strict uniform guidelines, including navy blue scrubs and shaving for fit testing to ensure proper sealing of masks, as CAPRs and PAPRs are not permitted. This role offers a rewarding chance to experience working in a hospital environment that values precision and attention to detail. Travelers with at least 2 years of cardiac/telemetry experience are encouraged to apply, and first-time travelers are welcome.
