Job description
Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Baltimore, Maryland, and become a vital part of the emergency department. During this 13-week contract, you'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical support in a fast-paced setting that handles approximately 150 patient visits daily. Your responsibilities will include IV starts, phlebotomy, and ensuring patient safety while maintaining excellent clinical skills. This role offers a chance to experience a dynamic hospital environment, collaborate with diverse medical teams, and refine your emergency nursing expertise. Prior travel experience and certifications like ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS are required, with additional certifications preferred. Be prepared for rotation shifts that include every other weekend and holiday coverage, and be aware that contact with Covid patients may occur.
