Join a reputable healthcare facility in Naples, FL, for a 13-week travel RN position working in the operating room. This assignment offers 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with additional call, holiday coverage, and the opportunity to work across multiple surgical service lines including General, Urology, Spine, GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Breasts, and Robotics. The role involves scrubbing in surgical cases, assisting physicians, managing supplies, updating surgeon preference cards, and communicating effectively with the surgical team. Flexibility to float between campuses as needed is expected. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and be comfortable working within regulatory standards and hospital policies, all while managing a busy OR schedule.
