Local Pay: $35.00/hour

Shift Details:

• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM

Dietitian Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nutrition screenings and assessments. 

• Develop and implement individualized Medical  

• Nutrition Therapy(MNT) plans. 

• Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the electronic medical record. 

• Provide nutrition groups, education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Participate in facility-wide and

• departmental Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. 

• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds and departmental meetings. 

• Support staff development initiatives and contribute to improved clinical outcomes. 

• Complete Swallowing Screen as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted NY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

•  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field from an accredited institution 

• Registered Dietician(RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Credential. 

• Minimum of one (1) year  related experience.

• Additional certifications may be required.

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
