Med/Surg RN in Tyler, Texas

Join this 13-week travel assignment as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Tyler, TX, where you'll work the 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The 3 South unit features 19 private rooms and provides care for a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to geriatrics, including medical, surgical, neurology, and neurosurgical cases. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients using telemetry and oximetry, managing interventions, and ensuring smooth patient flow on a busy, yet rewarding, unit. Prior experience in a hospital setting with charting in Epic and certifications such as NIHSS and BLS are preferred. Expect a patient ratio of 1:6, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering quality care in a fast-paced environment.
