You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing care for high-acuity patients on ventilators, including those with pulmonary conditions and neurological challenges like CVA and traumatic brain injury. The assignment offers a chance to put your ventilator expertise to work and handle complex cases such as tracheostomy management and ventilator troubleshooting. While the role involves a busy, fast-paced environment, it promises a chance to develop specialized skills in cardiac telemetry, GI care, and renal management, all while floating across departments as needed. Expect an engaging, challenging experience in an advanced tertiary care hospital celebrated for its magnet recognition and trauma level status. And yes, your nights will be filled with meaningful work, but your days are free to enjoy the city life!
