This Neuro ICU RN position at Aspirus Wausau offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. The role involves providing specialized neuro critical care in an 8-bed unit, managing patients with stroke, TBI, head injuries, and neurosurgery recovery. Responsibilities include performing neuro assessments, bedside ICU procedures such as line placements and intubation, and supporting patients with EVDs and ICP monitoring. Travelers will float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units, with the possibility of working in other inpatient units as needed. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday, with guaranteed hours of 48 per week.
