Job description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a Facility in Alexandria, MN. These are registry positions with our company.

Shift:
- minimum of .8 or 64 hours/two weeks
- Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the
interdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centered
thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational
interviewing and trauma informed care to prevent and
respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety and
health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures
and protocols in order to ensure that all applicable
environmental standards are met so that a safe, clean
humane environment is provided for all patients and
staff. Provide person-centered, trauma informed,
culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the
physical and emotional needs of each patient are met.
Implement the treatment plan and document results of
interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their
individual goals. Facilitate the care and documentation
of care of the patient, from admission through
discharge. Oversee and follow the medication
administration policies and processes to ensure
medications are delivered sagely and in accordance with
all regulatory guidelines. Extensions may be available.
Hours and shifts: Full time, 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend. Shifts: 6:30am-5pm and 12-10:30pm
- Minimum of 2 years mental health and or substance use
disorder experience. - Active Minnesota Nursing License.
