Travel Nurse Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970–$2,080
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• End Date: January 30, 2027
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule: Four shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Location: Concord, New Hampshire
• Float Expectations: May be asked to provide emergency coverage at nearby healthcare locations in Laconia or Franklin, New Hampshire

Telemetry RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state at the time of submission
• At least 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience; 2 years of experience is preferred
• Recent Telemetry or MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience in an acute-care setting
• Ability to care for MedSurg patient ratios and acuity; experienced Critical Care RNs with strong MedSurg skills may also be considered
• Current verification of all active RN licenses through the appropriate licensure system
• Travel nursing experience and an up-to-date resume are preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred, but not required
• Flexibility to work night shifts and float when necessary

Telemetry Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a telemetry and MedSurg environment
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, clinical status, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Complete focused and comprehensive nursing assessments and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate individualized patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and high-quality nursing standards throughout each shift
