Job description
Join a dedicated behavioral health team on a 13-week contract in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This role involves providing specialized care to adults and geriatric patients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders. Expect to engage in behavior management, crisis intervention, and medication administration in a split-unit setting across two floors, with team members rotating to ensure comprehensive coverage. The position offers the unique experience of working with innovative patient monitoring tools like ObservSmart and participating in multidisciplinary care with a skilled therapy team. Please note, RTO (Right to Off) after booking is not permitted, and additional RTO could lead to cancellation. This assignment is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, critical care environment and are comfortable managing challenging behaviors in a locked unit.
