Job description
Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Bloomington, Indiana, where you'll take on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a mixed acuity cardiovascular surgery unit that balances ICU, PCU, and progressive patient care. You'll provide specialized care for post-cardiac surgery patients—including CABG, TAVR, SAVR, MVR, and VATS—as well as cardiovascular and oncology patients with flexible acuity needs. The assignment is made for experienced professionals comfortable managing complex cases, including intra-aortic balloon pumps, ventricular assist devices, and ventilator management.
