Join a busy, high-acuity OR float pool at a 1000+ bed hospital in Nashville, TN, for an exciting 26-week travel contract. You’ll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing circulating support across multiple service lines, including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, and hybrid rooms. This role offers the chance to gain extensive experience in a variety of surgical procedures without the need for scrub experience. It’s a great fit for OR professionals with at least 2 years of experience and prior travel assignments. Expect to participate in late stays, typically staying 1 hour past scheduled shift, especially during busy periods or seasonal peaks. No patient care duties are required; your focus will be on circulating and supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
