Skilled Construction Worker
Location: Elk Grove / South Sacramento, CA
Pay: $30.00/hour + DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and handling a variety of construction and renovation projects.
What You'll Do
- Perform general construction, repair, and renovation work
- Complete electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform carpentry work including framing, cabinets, doors, windows, and trim
- Install, repair, tape, and finish drywall
- Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction and repair issues
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various construction materials
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Follow OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Work with supervisors and other team members to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Proven hands-on construction experience
- Strong skills in multiple trades, particularly electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical information
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious and dependable
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work
- $30.00/hour + DOE
