💰 $20–$21/hourChampion Personnel is hiring 10 Paint Line / Industrial Finishing Associates for in Aurora and Streetsboro!We have opportunities in Epoxy Coating, Powder Coating, and Silver Plating. Candidates with previous painting, coating, plating, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply!☀️ 1st Shift – 5 OpeningsMonday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
💰 $20.00/hour🌙 2nd Shift – 5 OpeningsMonday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
💰 $21.00/hour
🙌 3-day weekends!What You’ll Be Doing:Depending on your assigned area, responsibilities may include:• Applying epoxy coatings to manufactured components
• Performing powder coating and assisting with the finishing process
• Working with silver plating processes
• Preparing metal surfaces for coating, plating, or finishing
• Hanging, loading, unloading, and handling parts on the paint/finishing line
• Inspecting finished parts for proper coverage and overall quality
• Identifying defects or areas requiring touch-up
• Following work instructions and production specifications
• Safely handling parts and materials throughout the finishing process
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all safety and quality proceduresWe’re Looking For Candidates Who:✔ Have strong attention to detail
✔ Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
✔ Can stand and remain active throughout the shift
✔ Are dependable and have excellent attendance
✔ Can follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
✔ Have previous powder coating, industrial painting, plating, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience — a plus!
