- Location: Streetsboro, OH
- Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Operate a Haeger insertion machine used to install fasteners into sheet metal components.
- Load, position, and secure sheet metal parts into machinery.
- Insert nuts, bolts, studs, and other fasteners according to job specifications.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production orders.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience required.
- Experience with metal fabrication, press equipment, or similar machinery preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required.
