• Location: Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Schedule: Weekends OFF!
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (480 hours)

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate an automated panel saw to cut large sheets of wood-based materials into smaller components.
• Read and follow work orders and cutting specifications.
• Load sheets of material onto the saw and operate equipment safely.
• Use a tape measure to verify measurements and ensure accurate cuts.
• Stack completed pieces onto carts, tables, or pallets.
• Check saw alignment and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Track production quantities, scrap materials, and cutting errors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, or panel saw experience is a huge plus!
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
