Warehouse Associate

Employment Solutions has an immediate opening for a polished, computer-savvy Warehouse Associate to join a global marine distribution company in the Davie area. With over 50 years in business, our client supplies pipe, valves, fittings, and specialized marine products to the cruise and yacht industry worldwide. This is a high-performance, family-oriented environment where teamwork and reliability are everything.
You will be handling a wide range of warehouse duties, including the receiving, storing, tagging, picking, packing, handling, shipping, and preparation of product for customer pickup or delivery. You’ll also help maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receive, unpack, examine, sort, count, tag, and store materials
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move large industrial products (pipes, tubing, metal components, etc.)
• Use a Warehouse Management System (Acumatica or similar ERP strongly preferred)
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, weights, and measurements
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety rules and best practices

Job Requirements
* Must have at least 4 years sit down forklift experience
* Experience handling large/heavy industrial materials
* Strong computer skills; WMS/ERP experience required (Acumatica experience is a major plus)
* Must have at least 4 years previous experience with shipping and receiving
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Flexibility for Saturdays and overtime as needed
• $20-$22.00 per hour
