Warehouse Associate Job SummaryJoin our growing warehouse team in Salt Lake City as a Warehouse Associate earning $24.72/hour on night shift. Work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and opportunity for direct hire after 6 months. What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Receive, unload, and check in incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
• Scan, label, and track inventory using handheld RF scanners and computer systems
• Move, stack, and organize product and materials using pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform cycle counts and quality checks to keep inventory accurate
• Prepare and stage outbound shipments to meet daily goals and deadlines
• Navigate warehouse and inventory systems to process transactions and log data
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow all safety procedures

 What You Bring Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills to use scanners and warehouse systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently, 40+ pounds with assistance
• Strong English communication skills for written and verbal tasks

 Preferred

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization
