Job description
Employment Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II in Danbury, CT!
We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a temporary assignment assembling, repairing, and refurbishing mechanical components and equipment.
Pay: $22+ per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Danbury, CT
Employment Type: Temporary
Responsibilities
- Assemble and refurbish mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and verbal directions.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to read instructions and perform basic math.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Basic electronics or troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
